Behaviour Design Works delivered this social marketing and behaviour change program to 4,000 households in Geraldton-Greenough, WA in 2011. The aim of the project was to increase overall levels of physical activity in this coastal community, and to make Geraldton-Greenough the fittest city in Australia.

Behaviour Design Works worked closely with the Department of Sport and Recreation on the design and development of these materials. During the phone dialogue with the 4,000 recruited households, a subset of 2,300 households was recruited for an on-going coaching and consultation phase. After the initial conversation, five additional rounds of coaching phone calls and escalating sequential requests were delivered.
